What we collect

For law firms we may write to: the firm name, its public website, a business email address found on that website, and the Google Maps place ID of the business. We also store the public AI answers that mention the firm. We do not collect personal, client or case information.

Where it comes from

The firm's own public website, public business listings on Google Maps, and answers returned by OpenAI's API.

Why, and on what basis

To show a firm how AI answers describe it in its city and to offer our service, as a business-to-business message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Our written assessment of that interest is available on request.

Who processes it for us

OpenAI (measuring AI answers), Google Workspace and Instantly (sending email), and netcup (hosting in Germany). Transfers to US providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Prospect data is deleted 180 days after we collect it unless you become a client. Private firm pages expire after 90 days. If you object, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we never write again.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and you can object at any time to being contacted; an objection to direct marketing always succeeds. Reply "no" to any email or write to us. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local authority.

Nothing about you is decided automatically in a way that has legal or similar effects.
